I am thrilled to be part of this inspiring campaign. Being featured as a 2025 Women Who Inspire Honoree is a powerful reminder of the meaningful impact we can create together — and I am confident that we will!

Iryna—a refugee from Ukraine—began her journey with Dress for Success during a challenging period, after leaving behind a successful career as a project manager in the cultural, educational, and government sectors in her home country. She had to start from scratch.

Since arriving in Luxembourg, Iryna has been a dedicated and active member of the Dress for Success community for three years. Facing an uncertain future, she joined the Work Readiness Program, where she received support, gained knowledge, and restored her self-confidence.

After graduating from the Work Readiness Program, she got her first job at the University of Luxembourg. With her newly acquired skills, she quickly secured a position as a project manager and communications specialist for the international AI&ART and EUMaster4HPC projects at the University of Luxembourg.

Iryna stayed as an active volunteer and even helps represent Dress for Success Luxembourg at various local events, where she shares her experiences and the core values of Dress for Success. She has twice given inspiring talks as a Dress for Success Luxembourg alumna, motivating and guiding other women. Her presence and commitment make her a powerful advocate, inspiring others while building connections within the community.

For Iryna, the Dress for Success community became a source of inspiration, strength, and confidence. With the guidance of mentors and speakers, she developed the determination needed to adapt and succeed again. Today, Iryna runs her own business, organizes concerts and art exhibitions, works as a guide at the Philharmonie Luxembourg, and volunteers with three organizations: Dress for Success, the Philharmonie Luxembourg, and LUkraine. And all of this alongside her role as a mother of three children.
