Tom is the CEO of Big Picture. As an executive producer, creative director, speech coach & stage manager, Tom guides CEO’s & executives of all levels to perform at their best in front of live audiences. He has the unique ability to understand corporate messaging & to how to deliver that information through creative video productions & business theater.
Since joining us in 2016, Neil has developed Big Picture into a premier brand for creative production and live event management, working with world-class clients including Cisco, HOKA, HP, eBay, Five9, Visa, NVIDIA, RH, Chevron, Land O’Lakes, EY, and the NFL. He has over 25 years of experience in the media industry, producing and directing more than 1,400 hours of TV and film for some of the most respected global media companies, including Fox, CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg, & PBS.
Aaron Soriero, a trailblazing music & entertainment production veteran. In 2008, he kickstarted Music Matters Productions in Atlanta. Originally devoted to small festival activations & theatre gigs, his vision soon transformed into a powerhouse production company that provides audio, lighting, video, staging, rigging, creative design, production management & more for over 2500 live events annually throughout the United States. Aaron enjoys skiing, mountain biking, & spending time with his beautiful family in his spare time.
